Souvlaki
Souvlaki is the kind of food that brings me memories from my very early summers, when the nights were finding us just sitting on a bench eating pita gyro, laughing out loud.
I love it not only because it has the greatest taste, but also because it is descent and it is exactly what it is supposed to be.
I appreciate dignity, i cannot stand with something that it tries to be something more interesting that it really is.
In the same time that you see everywhere low-quality things with nice packaging, souvlaki breaks the rules with just the simplest packaging and impresses everyone!
Of course, i satisfy the weirdest flavors, for example strange finger foods especially when i don’t know what i am eating, because the less i know a taste the more i like it…but a pita with gyro, tomato, potato and sauce, it always is and it will be my first and favorite choice.
