Adzuki beans salad

Ingredients:

Adzuki beans,
Raw, grated carrots
a pinch of salt
a splash of extra vergin olive oil

When I wish to see things more clearly, I cook beans. Be that as it may, I prepare them quite often.

Raw carrots add more verve and olive oil contributes a gentleness in taste.

This recipe though is not only about the ingredients, but about a melange of exuberant flavour in your mouth. Which makes you think more clearly.
